The beer sample (12ml to 20 ml, adjustable) is sucked into a measuring cell by means of a pump. Alcoholic content, extract and density are measured using thermal measuring effects. Constituents thereby derived such as original wort and apparent extract will likewise be determined.
Calibration: The device can be calibrated by using a corresponding reference beer. You can store twenty different sets of calibration data (for example pilsner, strong beer, non-alcoholic beer). You can switch from one product to another without having to undertake a new calibration.
Interfaces: Parallel interface/record printer Serial interface
